Zona "Susie" Melba Williams age 52 of Galax, Va. passed away Sunday, September 17, 2006 at her home. She was born in Galax, Va. on September 15, 1954 to the late Elmer Lee and Dorothy Manuel Williams. She is survived by her sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara & Bill Bond; Sharon & Jerry Walls all of Galax, Va.; her brothers & sisters-in-law, Olan "Rich" & Wanda Williams of Galax, Va.; Ted & Meyong Williams of Lawton, Oklahoma. Several nieces and nephews also survive. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 19th at 2:00 PM in McKenzie Cemetery with Billy Redd officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
