Yvonne Geraldine Jones age 69 of Fries, Virginia passed away Wednesday December 13, 2017 in the Grayson Nursing and Rehab Center.

Yvonne was born in Grayson County, Virginia on February 16, 1948 to Jesse Ray and Fannie Fielder Beck. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a step daughter Alice Funk, one sister and three brothers.
She is survived by her husband, Curtis M. Jones, Independence, VA, daughters and sons-in-law Beverly and Edwin Leonard of Lake Waccamaw, North Carolina; Regenia and Harold Summey of Fries, Virginia; son Carroll Lineberry, Jr. of Whiteville, Tennessee; son-in-law Brian Funk of Abingdon, Virginia; ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; brother-in-law Odell Barrett of Fries, Virginia.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 3:30 PM in the Mt. Hope United Methodist Church with the Rev. Lee Thomas and the Rev. Don Ball officiating.

Burial will follow in the Mt. Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 2:30 PM until time for the funeral service at the Mt. Hope United Methodist Church.
