Woodrow Wilson Roberts age 95 of Woodlawn, Virginia passed away Friday, July 11, 2008 at Laurel Meadows Nursing Home, Laurel Fork, Va.. Mr. Roberts was born on March 4,1913 in Carroll County, Va. to John Andrew and Ruthie Mae Roberts. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Audrey Lineberry Roberts. He is survived by one sister Kathleen Cox of West Chester, Pa.; special nieces & nephews Reva & Denny Bryant of Woodalwn, Va.; Dennis & Pegi Roberts of Hillsville, Va.; Ronald Hines of Galax, Va.; several nieces & nephews. The funeral service will be held Monday, July 14,2008 at 11:00 am in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Sammy Burnette and Billy Burnette officiating. Burial will follow in Monta Vista Cemetery with Military Rites by Grayson VFW Post 7726. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from seven until nine at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
