William Swanson Roberts' Obituary
William Swanson Roberts age 86 of Galax, Virginia passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at his home.
He is survived by his sister Lois Roberts Cox of Virginia Beach, Virginia; sister-in-law Betty Roberts of King, North Carolina, two nieces Rita Roberts Frye of King, North Carolina, Kathy Lynn Whitworth of Colorado Springs, Colorado; two nephews Alan Roberts of Richmond Beach, Washington and George H.Cox, Jr. of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 12 Noon at the Midway Heights Community Church on Cranberry Road with Pastor Max Combs officiating. Burial will follow in the Mount Olivet Cemetery at Cranberry. Military will be conducted by Hillsville VFW Post 1115.
