William Franklin Bartlett known as Frank Bartlett age 65 of Galax, Va. passed away Tuesday evening at his home. Mr. Bartlett was born in Grayson County, Va. on March 28, 1942 to Thurman Dee & Bonnie Wright Bartlett. He is survived by his wife Eunice Bartlett of Galax, Va.; son & daughter-in-law Herb & Vickie Bartlett of Sparta, N.C.; daughter & son-in-law Kim & David Parish of Richmond Hill, N.C.; sisters & brother-in-law Pauline & Clyde Horton of Woodlawn, Va.; Norma & James Foster of North Wilkesboro, N.C.; Linda Patton & Joe of Troy, Ohio; three grandchildren; one step-grandchild; one step-great-grandchild; several nieces & nephews. The funeral service will be held Friday, October 5, 2007 at 11:00 AM in Mt. Pisgah Church of Christ with Marvin Williams & Elmer Williams officiating. Burial will follow in McKenzie Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from seven until nine at Mt. Pisgah Church of Christ. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the McKenzie Cemetery Fund.
