Willard Eugene Taylor, age 70, of Fries, VA passed away Friday, Dec. 31, 2010 in the Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, Winston Salem, NC.

Mr. Taylor was born April 17, 1940 in Carroll County, VA to Roby & Ethel Williams Taylor. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son, Eric Taylor and sister, Joyce Taylor.

He is survived by one sister, Terry Taylor Davis, Galax, VA; eight brothers, Herbert "Buster" Taylor, Ivanhoe, VA, Donald Taylor, Fort Chiswell, VA, Howard Taylor, Ivanhoe, VA, Harry "Pete" Taylor, Ivanhoe, VA, Bernard Taylor, Kernersville, NC, Larry Taylor, Ivanhoe, VA, Dennis Taylor, Ivanhoe, VA, Roger "Tommy"
Taylor, Ivanhoe, VA. Several nieces & nephews also survive.

A graveside service will be held Monday, Jan. 3, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the West View Cemetery, Blacksburg, VA. There will be no visitation. Mr. Bernard H. Taylor will be the officiating minister.
