Wiley Ray Yonce, Sr. age 48 of Galax, Virginia passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at his home.

Wiley Ray was born on May 5, 1967 in Sparta North, Carolina to Paul and Annie Lee Ward Yonce.

In addition to his mother Annie Lee Ward Sexton he is survived by his wife Lillie Bea Davis Yonce of Galax, Virginia; daughter and son-in-law Kendra and Chase Long of Fries, Virginia; sons Wiley Ray Yonce, Jr. and his fiance' Erica of Galax, Virginia; Jonathan Howard of Roanoke, Virginia; step-daughters and spouse Marie and Austin Brown; Tiffany Quesenberry; Autumn Lowe all of Galax, Virginia; step son Kenneth Lowe of Galax, Virginia; sisters Susie Crouse; Audrey Eastridge both of Galax, Virginia; Vickey Yonce of Sylvatus, Virginia; brothers and sisters-in-law Mack and Ginny Tompkins of Pulaski, Virginia; Ernest and Crystal Yonce of Fries, Virginia; two grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; special friend Tommy "Ace" Hart; God father Gary Wright.

The funeral service will be held Monday, March 14, 2016 at 10:00 AM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with the Rev. Matt Linkous and the Rev. Dale Ward officiating. Burial will follow in the Comers Rock Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from five until eight at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
