Wayne Roscoe Billings' Obituary
Wayne Roscoe Billings age 70 of Galax, Virginia passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2009 in Twin County Regional Hospital.
Mr. Billings was born in Grayson County, Va. on September 14, 1939 to Garnett Roscoe & Bessie Combs Billings.
He is survived by his daughters & son-in-law Audrey Faye Billings; Ella Mae Billings-Marshall & Jeffery Clyde Marshall all of Ararat, Va.; son Charles Ray Billings of Cornelia, Georgia; brother Gene Billings of Burlington, N.C.; half-sister Blackie Billings of New Jersey; grandchild Christian Holcomb; several nieces & nephews.
The funeral service will be held Friday, September 18, 2009 at 2:00 pm in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. James Billings officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery at Baywood. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from six until eight at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
