Waymon "Red" Ray Dalton age 66 of Galax, Virginia passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at his home.
Red was born on November 30, 1948 in Carroll County, Virginia to Marvin and Eula May Clontz Dalton. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his step-father James Horton and a brother Randy Dalton.
He is survived by his wife Gina Dalton; daughter and son-in-law Amy and David Wall; son Barry Dalton; step-sons and spouses Jake and Angela Leonard; Luke and Brandi Weatherman all of Galax, Virginia; sister and brother-in-law Hilda and Danny Wooten; brother Darryl Dalton all of Hillsville, Virginia; nine grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Friday, May 1, 2015 at 6:30 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Charles Bunn officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:30 PM until time for the memorial service at the funeral home.
