Warren Hannibal Carrier's Obituary
Warren Hannibal Carrier better known as Han Carrier age 92 of Fries, Virginia passed away Thursday, December 12, 2013 in the Waddell Nursing Home.
Mr. Carrier was born April 3, 1921 in Grayson County, Virginia to Warren Lester and Vergie Elizabeth Rhudy Carrier.
He proudly served his country in the US Navy during World War II.
He is survived by his wife Louise Carrier of Fries, Virginia; son and daughter-in-law Freddie and Edna Carrier of Galax, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Sunday, December 15, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the Fries Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Bill Linkous officiating. Burial will follow in the Fries Cemetery. The body will lie-in-state one hour prior the funeral service. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Fries Pentecostal Holiness Church.
