Wanda Lou Cook Meadows age 82 of Galax, Virginia passed away Sunday August 29, 2021 in the Forsyth Medical Center.
Mrs. Meadows was born in Carroll County, Virginia on July 16, 1939 to Howard and Beatrice Sisk Cook. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Conrad Meadows and a son Randy Warf.

She is survived by a son and his fiancé Tim Warf and Phyllis Moore of Galax, Virginia; step-daughter Sheri Meadows of Coco Beach, Florida; daughter-in-law Kathy Warf of Galax, Virginia; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Thursday at 11:00 AM in the Felts Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Richard Gregory officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
