Wanda Mae Cornell Harenza's Obituary
Wanda Mae Lineberry Cornell Harenza passed away Aug. 1, 2015 at her home in Galax, VA.
She was born May 18, 1939 in Galax, Virginia to William Carson and Mamie Ethel Brannock Lineberry. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Alma Burch and Donna Jane Lineberry, husbands, Harold Cornell and Mike Harenza.
She is survived by her sister & brother-in-law, Brenda and Garland Johnson of Woodlawn, VA, brother. Thomas Carson Lineberry of Woodlawn, VA, special sister-in-law, Billie Lineberry, Woodlawn, VA; special nieces, Tammy Empkie, Ashley Alley, Linda Goad and Carol Anders; special nephews, Jake Johnson, Pete Empkie, Zack Marshall, Thomas Lee & Jeff Lineberry, Steve Safrit, Ronnie Safrit,& Jase Alley; also, survived by many friends and co-workers at Waddell Nursing Home and her beloved pet "Oreo".
The funeral service will be held Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2015 at 7:00 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in the Cranberry Christian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM prior to the funeral service Tuesday at the funeral home. Officiating minister will be The Rev. Gloria Richardson.
