Wanda June Bemis, age 69, of Fries, Virginia passed away Friday September 23, 2022 in her home.

Wanda was born on June 7, 1953 in Galax, Virginia to the late Terry Lincoln Hodge and Hattie Elizabeth Kane Hodge.

She is survived by her husband Jesse Richard Bemis Sr. of Fries, Virginia; sons and daughters-in-law Jesse and Amy Bemis of Fries, Virginia, Eric and Cynthia Bemis of Fries, Virginia, Scott and Jennifer Bemis of Fries, Virginia; Wanda is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
