Wade Gustus Eastridge age 85 of Galax, Virginia passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2025 in the Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Eastridge was born in Carroll County, Virginia on March 4, 1940 to Joseph and Rina Edwards Eastridge. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Beatrice Bartlett Eastridge.

He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law Barry and Donna Eastridge; Chris and Tammy Eastridge all of Galax, Virginia;  granddaughter Tara Jolly ;step-grandchildren Lily Utt and Josie Leonard; step great-grandchildren Rowan and Reese Utt; others that loved him like a grandpa  Adam BaBer; A'me Dalton and A.J.Dalton; two sisters Shirley Patton of Galax, Virginia; Wanda Hash of Independence, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Sunday at 2:00 PM in the Bible Baptist Church with Pastor Skylar Lawson and Gale Rippey officiating. Burial will follow in the Felts Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Bible Baptist Church.
