Twila Lilly Wilson age 86 of Galax, Va. passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2008 in Waddell Nursing Home. Mrs. Wilson was born on May 24, 1922 in Jumping Branch, West Virginia to Alfred & Gracie Lilly. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Reece Jefferson Wilson and son Zina Roy Wilson. She is survived by a son & daughter-in-law Gary & Sue Wilson of Woodlawn, Va.; daughters & son-in-law Linda & Johnny Osborne of Ennice, N.C.; Brenda Wilson of Trapp Hill, N.C.; sister Elva Jean Lilly of Beckley, West Va.; brother Paul Waddell of Chester, Va.; ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held Friday, October 31, 2008 at 1:00 pm in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Young & Rev. Bill Daniel officiating. Burial will follow in the Wilson Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from seven until nine at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
