Toni Joyce Kegley, age 53 passed away Sunday, July 9, 2006 at Waddell Nursing Home. She was born in Welch, West Virginia on January 16, 1953 to the late Fredrick Wilhelm and Mamie Irene Sehem VanSutphen. In addition to her parents, Toni was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Beck and a brother, Robert Blaine VanSutphen. Surviving are her beloved step-daughter & husband, Kathy and T.J. Padgett of Zebulon, North Carolina; sister and brother-in-law, Judith and Winston Rose of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; brother and sister-in-law, Doug and Kathy VanSutphen of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 12, 2006 at 1:00 PM in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Jay Fields officiating. Burial will follow in Knowles-Eden Cemetery in Meadows of Da, Va. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
