Tom Crouse's Obituary
Tom Crouse, 62, of Savannah Road, Galax, VA passed away Friday, January 9, 2009 at the Twin County Regional Hospital in Galax.
He was born December 28, 1946 to Robert and Arlene Williams Crouse in Galax.
Tom was preceded in death by his father Robert Crouse and his brother Steve Crouse.
Surviving are his wife: Debbie Crouse of the Home, his mother Arlene Crouse of Galax and his brother Van Crouse also of Galax.
The family will receive friends Sunday, January 11, 2009 in the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home from 6 until 8 'clock. The funeral service will be held Monday, January 12, 2009 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Ernie Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Nester Cemetery in Laurel Fork, Virginia.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Twin County Hospice, P O Box 106, Galax, VA 24333.
