Timothy Allen Monk, age 46 , Galax, VA died Saturday, May 21, 2016 in the Twin County Regional Hospital, Galax, VA.
Mr. Monk was born Nov.10, 1969 to James & JoAnn Blevins Monk in Galax, VA.
Preceding him in death was his father and he is survived by his mother of Galax, VA; wife, Melinda Monk, Galax, VA and daughters, Skyler Cline-Monk and Autumn Monk.
The funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 6:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel, Galax, VA. The family will receive friends from 4;00 PM until 6;00 PM Tuesday, preceding the funeral service.
Officiating ministers are the Rev. Jackie Delp and the Rev. Richard Collins.
