Timothy Scott Luper age 59 of Fries, Virginia passed away Friday, June 29, 2018 at his home.

Timothy was born on July 23, 1958 in Galax, Virginia to Edgar Scott Smith Luper and Faye Estell Leagans Luper.

He is survived by his very special best friend, companion and caregiver Michelle Shupe; son Christopher Luper;  sister Martha Luper; brother and sister-in-law Jonathan and Karen Luper all of Fries, Virginia; special niece Molly Kay Luper; special best friends Paul and Judy Porter.

The funeral service will be held Sunday, July 1, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Providence United Methodist Church with Terry Bond officiating. Burial will follow in the Providence Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
