Thomas James Walls' Obituary
Thomas James "T.J." Walls age 32 of Fries, Virginia passed away Sunday, August 14, 2011 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.
T.J. was born on April 14, 1979 in Sparta, North Carolina to Tommy Walls and Kathy Baker Walls.
He is survived by his mother Kathy Baker Williams of Fries, Virginia; father Tommy Walls of Independence, Virginia; children Rhiannon Walls and Mariah Walls both of Independence, Virginia; sister and brother-in-law Cindy Kay Walls and Chuck Yates of Independence, Virginia; brother and sister-in-law Matthew and Ashlie Lyons of Canton, Ohio; special friend Tabatha Johnson; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
T.J. was preceded in death by a sister Monica Walls.
The funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the Fries Church of God of Prophecy with Rev. Rick Watson and Rev. Matt Linkous officiating. Burial will follow in Stevens Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from six until eight at the church.
In lieu of flowers the family request monetary donations to help with funeral expenses be mailed to Quenna Goad, 1263 Providence Road, Fries, Virginia 24330. The family will also be at the Fries Church of God of Prophecy Tuesday night to receive friends.
