Theodore Purchell Warf age 81 of Big Stone Gap, Virginia passed away Saturday, June 2, 2012 in the Wellmont Lonesome Pine Hospital in Big Stone Gap.
Mr. Warf was born on Februay 9, 1931 in McDowell, West Virginia to Earl and Sophia Snow Warf.
He is survived by his sister Peggy Donithan of Tazewell, Virginia and brother Harless Warf of Fort Thomas, Kentucky.
A memorial service for Mr. Warf will be held at a later date.
