Thelma N Quesenberry's Obituary
Thelma N. Quesenberry, 92, of Roanoke, Virginia, formerly of Galax passed away Friday, February 1 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Quesenberry was the widow of Waitman Quesenberry. She was born February 6, 1915 in Carroll County Virginia to Alonzo Newman and Carrie Robinson Newman.
She is survived by three sisters: Dorothy McGee of Colonial Heights, Va., Wilma Littreal of Charlotte, NC; Mildred Surber of Roanoke; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Gilmer Newman & Adelene of Pulaski, VA and Wayne Newman and Barbara of Roanoke, VA
Several Nieces & Nephews also survive.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, February 16, 2008 at 2:00 PM in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Dr. Winfred Hendrix officiating. Burial will follow in Felts Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
