Rev. Ted E. Bartlett's Obituary
Rev. Ted E. Bartlett age 87 of Galax, Virginia passed away Saturday February 13, 2021 at his home.
Rev. Bartlett was born on June 13, 1933 in Grayson County, Virginia to Luther Bert and Jennie Bartlett.
He proudly served his country in the US Army.
He is survived by his wife Mildred "Tootsie" Dixon Bartlett; daughter and son-in-law Lori and Steve Liddle all of Galax, Virginia two grandchildren Dora Houk and Scott Houk; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM in the Bible Baptist Church with the Rev. Barry Newman and the Rev. Ben Haga officiating. Burial will follow in the McKenzie Cemetery with Military Rites by the Grayson VFW Post 7726. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from six until eight at the Bible Baptist Church.
