Tammy Marie Ramey age 44 of Galax, Virginia passed away Sunday, April 21, 2019 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.

Tammy was born in Mt. Airy, North Carolina on June 10, 1974 to James and Sandra Stone Ramey.

In addition to her parents of Galax, Virginia she is survived by a daughter Emily Hope Sayers of Galax, Virginia; sister and brother-in-law Jennifer Pittman and Jason of New Kent, Virginia; half-sister Sherry Combs of King, North Carolina; one niece; three nephews and a special friend Aaron Sutherland.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Pastor Rodney Christman and the Rev. Elvis Poole officiating. Burial will follow in the Camp Zion Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from six until eight at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
