Tammy Sue Isom Freeman age 53 of Galax, Virginia passed away Thursday September 30, 2021 in the New River Valley Medical Center.

Tammy was born in Martinsville, Virginia on July 9, 1968 to Foy Junior and Peggy Burton Isom. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers Ronald Lee Isom and Jerry Wayne Medley.

She is survived by her fiance' Mark Robinson; daughter and son-in-law Kimberly and Sergio Moreno; Brittany Johnson and fiance' Kevin Davis; son Josh Johnson all of Galax, Virginia; sisters and brothers-in-law Linda and Robert Burnette of Woodlawn, Virginia; Brenda and Dave King of Wytheville, Virginia; brother Donald "Ducky" Isom of Galax, Virginia; three grandchildren Aliyana Moreno; Zylan Mack and Liam Moreno; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Monday at 3:00 PM in the Galax First Assembly of God with Pastor Curtis Christian and Pastor Cas Horton officiating. Burial will follow in the Rock Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the church.
