Sterling Eugene Lundy's Obituary
Sterling Eugene Lundy age 71 of Galax, Virginia passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.
Eugene was born in Galax, Virginia on September 19, 1946 to Clifford Whitfield and Rosella Newman Lundy. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his son Brian Lundy.
In addition to his mother Rosella Newman Lundy of Galax, Virginia he is survived by his wife Brenda Utt Lundy of Galax, Virginia; two granddaughters Hannah Shae Lundy of Greensboro, North Carolina and Cassidy Camille Lundy of King, North Carolina; sister Phyllis Lundy of Galax, Virginia.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the First Bible Brethren Church with Pastor Juanita Burnette, Pastor David Spivey and the Rev. Tim Utt officiating. Burial will follow in the Monta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from six until eight at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
