Sarah Lyndsey Martin age 24 of Galax, Virginia passed away Friday, October 2, 2009 in Yanceyville, North Carolina.
Sarah was born on July 1, 1985 in Galax, Va. to John & Jane Smith Martin. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Tony Martin and maternal grandparents Smitty & Clema Funk Smith.
She is survived by her sisters & brother-in-law Jessica & Mark Bryant of Galax, Va.; Ashley Martin of King, N.C.; paternal grandmother Thelma Martin of Murphy, N.C.; aunt & spouse Lisa & Michael McMain; uncles & spouse Terry Martin; Michael Martin; Pat & Lena Martin; Scott Martin; Scotty & June Smith and two nieces.
The family will receive friends Friday evening from seven until nine at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
