Samual Allen Guynn age 67 of Galax, Virginia passed away Sunday, September 4, 2016 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.
Allen was born on March 9, 1949 in Fries, Virginia to Clyde Martin and Edna Faye Nichols Guynn.
He proudly served his country in the US Army.
He is survived by his wife Janey Parrish Guynn; sons and daughter-in-law John and Sarah Parrish; Jackson Ellis Parrish all of Galax, Virginia; two grandchildren Austin Parrish and Jaylen Baggatta; sister and brother-in-law Sandy and Gene Adkins of Fries, Virginia; niece Kim Nichols of Galax, Virginia; great-nephew Hunter Nichols.
A memorial service will be held at a later date with burial in the Felts Memorial Cemetery.
