Salem Grace Carrico 2 month and six day old infant daughter of Tyler and Tori Carrico of Woodlawn, Virginia passed away Sunday, November 22, 2015 at her home.

Salem was born in Galax, Virginia on September 16, 2015.

Salem was preceded in death by her great-grandfathers Gooch Harmon, Ted Brown and George Smith.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her grandparents Donna and John Campbell of Independence, Virginia; Karen and Dave Garrison of Troutdale, Virginia; Tom Harmon of Woodlawn, Virginia; great-grandparents Sue Brown and Uda Harmon both of Woodlawn, Virginia; Colin and Susie Campbell of Independence, Virginia; George and Virginia Massar of Troutdale, Virginia; David and Joan Garrison of Mouth of Wilson, Virginia; several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

The funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 11:00 am in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with the Rev. Virginia Massar officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery at Cranberry. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10:00 AM until time for the funeral service at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
