Sadie Rosetta Alderman's Obituary
Sadie Rosetta Alderman age 87 of Galax, Virginia passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2016 in the Waddell Nursing Home.
Mrs. Alderman was born in Fries, Virginia on March 7, 1929 to Henry Addison and Ella Mooney Linville. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Swanson Odell Alderman and son Swanson Howard Alderman.
She is survived by her granddaughter Sydney Mae Alderman of Mt. Airy, North Carolina; sister Marie Newman of Galax, Virginia; daughter-in-law Sandra Jean Felts; special niece Joyce Blevins; several nieces and nephews; special friend Elwood Funk.
A memorial graveside service will be held Monday, November 14,2016 at 11:00 AM in the Wilkinson Cemetery. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
