Ruth Aileene Landreth's Obituary
Ruth Aileene Landreth age 75 of Fries, Virginia passed away Friday, April 18, 2014 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Landreth was born in Carroll County, Virginia on July 17, 1938 to James Gilmer and Carrie Hill Crowder. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Wayne Crowder and a special aunt Ruby Hill.
She is survived by her husband William "Bill" Rogers Landreth; nephews and spouse Chris Landreth; Mathew and Doris Landreth; several other nieces and nephews; special friends Eunnice Harvey, Brandie Sumner, Thomas Richardson and Garry Newman.
The funeral service will be held Sunday, April 20, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Providence United Methodist Church with the Rev. Gleasanna Johnson and the Rev. Mike Couch officiating. Burial will follow in the Providence Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Providence United Methodist Church.
