Ruby Lee Wyatt Johnson

Ruby Lee (Wyatt) Johnson, age 75, gained her eternal peace on July 21, 2026. She is now reunited with all of her family and friends that have gone before her in a place where she’ll never feel pain again.

Born on January 28, 1951 in Ashe County, NC, Ruby was preceded in death by her husband Alfred and three of her children: David, Brenda and Matthew. She is survived by her children: Opal Charlene Wyatt, Temothy Dewayne Johnson, Lillian Michalle Liddle, Stephanie Ann Smith, Billie Jean Marshall, Christopher Daniel Johnson, and Mary Elizabeth Johnson. She is also survived by several grandchildren: Julie Whitaker, Kimberly Marshall, Aaron Johnson, Hunter Smith, Andy Johnson, Beka Johnson, Alexis Harris, Dominic Johnson, Ally Johnson, Hannah Johnson, Keshia Newman, Patrick Wyatt, Cody Hanks and Lana Sylvestre. One sister Carolyn Keagley.

In honoring Ruby’s wishes, a private family graveside service will soon follow.
