Ruby Dale Eastridge's Obituary
Ruby Dale Eastridge age 77 of Galax, Virginia passed away Monday, September 25, 2017 in the Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Eastridge was born in Galax, Virginia on February 28, 1940 to Daniel and Lillie Robinson Melton. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Eva Sue Padgett and a brother Chester Melton.
She is survived by her husband Rufus O. Eastridge; daughter Melissa D. Gravely both of Galax, Virginia; grandsons Brandon Wayne Gravely and Kevin Wayne Gravely both of Hillsville, Virginia; sisters Mary Ann Melton of Woodlawn, Virginia; Lula Amstutz of Galax, Virginia; brother Dennis Lee Melton, Sr. of Galax, Virginia; several nieces and nephews; several friends.
The funeral service will be held Friday, September 29,2017 at 11:00 AM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel. Burial will follow in the Melton Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from six until eight at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. The family request no food please.
