Rosiland "Robin" Elma Gibson

Rosalind Elma “Robin” Gibson age 65 of Galax, Virginia passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2026 in the Waddell Nursing and Rehab Center.

Robin was born in Orlando, Florida on June 8, 1961 to Rembert Earl Hogan and Eleanor Moser Carandola. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Lee Gibson and sister Diane Kirby.

She is survived by two daughters and son-in-law Annette and Shane Marshall of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; Cortni Hogan of Hillsborough, North Carolina; son Michael Hogan of Rocky Mount, North Carolina; sisters Audrey Hogan of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; Anne Ezell of Winnabow, North Carolina; brother and sister-in-law Ed and Cheryl Litton of Lewisville, North Carolina; grandchildren Caden, Cullen, Karmen, Mason and Jack; aunt Lynn Williamson of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; several beloved nieces and nephews.

There will no service held for Robin at this time.
