Rose Bryant Parks' Obituary
Rose Etta Bryant Parks, age 94, Galax, VA died at her home, Saturday, May 6, 2017.
Mrs. Parks was born Feb. 20, 1923 in Fries, VA to Wyatt and Annie Roberts Bryant. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Parks; son, James Harrell; brother, John Bryant.
She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Kenneth Sutherland, Tacoma, WA; son & daughter-in-law, Jeff & Alice Harrell, Tucson, AZ; eight grandchildren, Damon Sutherland, Brandon Sutherland, Allen Sutherland, Rusty Harrell, Patty Harrell, Heather Harrell, Lucas Wilkenson and Sharon Grass. Five great-grandchildren, also, survive.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
