Rose Marie Jones age 56 of Fries, Virginia passed away Sunday, May 21,2017 at her home.
Rose Marie was born in Carroll County, Virginia on January 20, 1961 to Montie and Patricia Raymer Barr.
In addition to her mother Patricia Barr of Galax, Virginia she is survived by her husband Greg Jones of Fries, Virginia; children Christy Dalton of Hillsville, Virginia; Joey Dalton of Dublin, Virginia; Mark Dalton of Laurel Fork, Virginia; step-sons Michael Jones of Fries, Virginia; Stephen Jones of Japan; sister Sharon Barber of Hillsville, Virginia; brother William Barr of Mt. Airy, N.C.; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; mother-in-law Mildred Cassell of Hillsville, Virginia.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel. Burial will follow in the Bluemont Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 until time for the funeral service at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
