Ronald Wayne Ramey age 55 of Cana, Virginia passed away Friday, April 4, 2025 at his home.

Ronald was born in Galax, Virginia on August 11, 1969 to Donald Ray and Wanda Faye Hicks Ramey. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a sister Sandra Caudill.

He is survived by his father Donald Ramey; children Ashley Marie Ramey; Alisha Adams (Mark); Christopher Ramey all of Galax, Virginia; Dave Ramey of Tennessee;  sister and brother-in-law Angela and Kevin Underwood; brothers and sisters-in-law Donnie and Shelia Ramey all of Galax, Virginia; Ricky and Mitzi Ramey of Fries, Virginia; brother-in-law Jeff Caudill of Galax, Virginia; five grandchildren; several nieces and nephews;  his fiance' Juanita and her son David Thomas (Elina) of Cana, Virginia; two step-grandchildren and one on the way.

A Memorial Graveside Service will be held Saturday at 1:00 PM in the Felts Memorial Cemetery with Pastor Jeff Pickett officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home from 12:00 PM until time to leave for the cemetery.
