Ronald Lee Isom better known as Ronnie Isom age 47 of Fries, Virginia passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2017.

Ronnie was born in Martinsville, Virginia on March 19, 1970 to Junior Foy and Peggy Lou Burton Isom. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Jerry Wayne Medley.

He is survived by two sons Rhyan Lee Isom and Chase Malachi Isom both of Galax, Virginia; sisters Linda Burnette and husband Robert of Woodlawn, Virginia; Tammy Freeman and boyfriend Mark Robinson of Galax, Virginia; Brenda Martin and fiance' David King of Galax, Virginia; brother Donald "Ducky" Isom of Galax, Virginia; several nieces and nephews; many special friends.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 12 noon in the First Assembly of God with Pastor Angie Lineberry officiating. Burial will follow in the Rock Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00 AM until time for the funeral service at the First Assembly of God.
