Robert "Bob" Wade Bryant age 84 of Galax, Virginia passed away Thursday, June 22, 2023 at his home.

Mr. Bryant was born in Carroll County, Virginia on October 31, 1938 to Evert and Ethel Manuel Bryant. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Douglas Lane Bryant.

He is survived by his wife Joan Bryant of Galax, Virginia; daughter and son-in-law Kimberly and Scott Leftwich of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; son and daughter-in-law Mark and Jessica Bryant of Galax, Virginia; grandchildren and spouse Taylor and Tyler Routon; Halle Bryant; one great-grandson Baby Boy Routon; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Sunday at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Pastor Sam Bartlett and Pastor Ron Fredericks officiating. Burial will follow in the Felts Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
