Robert J. (Bobby) Bedsaul, 70, of Galax passed away Thursday, August 5, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. Bobby was born August 9, 1939 in Grayson County to the late Robert Wayne and Ethel Roberts Bedsaul.

He is survived by his wife Izetta Bedsaul of the home, children Randy Bedsaul of Galax; Tammy Barneycastle & Jeff of Low Gap, NC; Tabitha Bedsaul of Galax; sisters & brothers-in-law: Wilma & Philllip Ayers of Galax; Tiney & Bill Poole of Ennice, NC; Brenda & Bob Mitchell of Galax; brother & sister-in-law: Larry & Dawn Bedsaul of Seagrove, NC. Four grandchildren, one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews also survive.

The funeral service will be held Sunday, August 8, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Fairview Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the church.
