Robert Virgil Huff, known as Jack Huff, age 88, of Knoxville, Tennessee and formerly of Galax, Virginia passed away Friday May 1, 2026 in the Tennova North Medical Center in Powell, Tennessee.
Mr. Huff was born on September 13, 1937 in Grayson County, Virginia to Troy C. and Arlie King Huff. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Shelby Jean Funk Huff.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Lance and Susanne Huff of Knoxville, Tennessee; two grandchildren Gracie Huff and Sydney Huff; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Tuesday May 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Pastor James Billings officiating. Burial will follow in Monta Vista Cemetery with Military Rites by the Hillsville VFW Post 1115. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
