Robert Howard (Tootie) Pearman age 94 of Ivanhoe, Virginia passed away Thursday, October 11, 2018 at his home.

Mr. Pearman was born in Carroll County, Virginia on May 27, 1924 to Charles and Ida Jefferson Pearman.

He is survived by his wife Martha Pearman of Ivanhoe, Virginia; sister Josephine Ferguson of Wytheville, Virginia; brother and sister-in-law Franklin D. and Bonnie Pearman of Richmond, Virginia; sister- in-law Edna Pearman of Ivanhoe, Virginia; several nieces and nephews; special cousins Sarah Wright; Barbara and Glenn Alderman.

The funeral service will be held Sunday, October 14, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Mt. Hope United Methodist Church with Pastor Greg Burnett and the Rev. Steve Alderman officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Mt. Hope United Methodist Church.
