Robert L. (Bobby) Isom age 75 of Galax, Va. passed away Tuesday at his home. Mr. Isom was born on January 9, 1932 in Carroll County, Va. to Guy B. & Curtie V. Williams Isom. He is survived by his sisters & brother-in-law Janie Duncan; Tootsie Webb and Susie & Lewis Goad all of Galax, Va.; brothers & sisters-in-law Buddy Isom & Eugene Isom both of Galax, Va.; Harry & Margaret Isom of Floyd, Va. and Ronnie & Teresa Isom of Woodlawn, Va.; sister-in-law Mary Isom of Galax, Va.; several nieces & nephews. A graveside service was held Thursday, November 29, 2007 at 2:00 pm at McKenzie Cemetery with Charlie Alderman officiating. The family received friends Thursday from 12:30 until 1:30 pm at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
