Ricky Darrell Williams age 50 of Dobson, North Carolina passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at the Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, N.C..

Ricky was born on January 26, 1959 in Virginia to William Ernest & Ocie Mae Stanley Williams. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers Albert Junior Williams; Howard Ray Williams; Wendell Hank Williams and William Cecil Williams.

He is survived by his sisters & brothers-in-law Charlotte & Paul Lawson of Ararat, N.C.; Elizabeth & Bobby Brown of King, N.C.; Linda & Larry Burton of Mt. Airy, N.C.; brothers & sisters-in-law Rodney & Jackie Williams of Mt. Airy, N.C.;
Basil & Betty Williams of Thomasville, N.C.; Lee & Charlotte Williams of Toast, N.C.; Bobby & Dale Williams of Mt. Airy, N.C.; Elmer & Ava Williams of Warfield, Va.; numerous nieces & nephews.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, December 26, 2009 at 2:00 pm at Woodlawn Cemetery with Rev. Travis Sechrist & Rev. Mike McDaniel officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon from 12:30 until 1:30 at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. Friends may also call at the home of Bobby & Dale Williams 121 Camelot Lane, Mt. Airy, N.C. anytime.
