Richard Mark Edwards age 52 of Galax, Virginia passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at his home.
Richard was born in Galax, Virginia on July 18, 1963 to Billy R. and Lalah Hull Edwards. Richard's father preceded him in death.
In addition to his mother Lalah Hull Edwards of Galax, Virginia, he is survived by his daughter Cristie LeAnne Edwards; son Marcus Calvin Edwards; brother and sister-in-law David and Donna Edwards all of Galax, Virginia; nephews and spouses Brandon and Nicki Edwards; Cody and Noelle Edwards; one great-niece and one great-nephew.
A graveside service will be held Friday, April 29, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Oakland Cemetery with the Rev. Randy Morris officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from six until eight at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
