Relda Arlene Holdaway age 76 of Woodlawn, Virginia passed away Thursday, April 26, 2012 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.

Ms.Holdaway was born in Carroll County, Virginia on February 19, 1936 to Lee S. and Annie Ethel Adkins Eastridge. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Wilbur Eastridge.

She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law Emma Jean and Richard Miller of Herndon, Virginia; Brenda Hill of Asheboro, North Carolina; son and daughter-in-law Allen and Renee Ritch of Asheboro, North Carolina; sisters and brothers-in-law Tilda Phillips of Cana, Virginia; Crilda and Thomas Jones of Galax, Virginia; Milda and Buford Bowers of Woodlawn, Virginia; Hilda and Tommy Lineberry of Galax, Virginia; brother and sister-in-law Rufus and Ruby Eastridge of Galax, Virginia; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Sunday, April 29, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Sammy Burnette officiating. Burial will follow in the Bryant Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the funeral home.
