Rebecca Huel Roberts age 67 of Galax, Va. passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Roberts was born in North Carolina on July 21, 1940 to Fred Howard and Martha Ellen Moorefield Nance. She is survived husband Nanard Roberts; brother-in-law and his wife Tommy & Betty Roberts all of Galax, Va.. The funeral service will be held Friday, October 12, 2007 at 3:00 pm at Bishops Chapel Church with Rev. Sherwood Richardson; Rev. Jeffery Pickett and Aloma Warrick officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from seven until nine at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
