Raymond Douglas Howe age 75 of Fries, Virginia passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2026 in the Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, North Carolina.
Mr. Howe was born in Buffalo, New York on April 17, 1951 to Howard and Lucille Altiere Howe.
He is survived by his daughter Rebekah Howe of St. Petersburg, Florida; sister and brother-in-law Lynda and David Beaulieu; brother Randy Howe; canine companions Hatchet and Bubbie.
