Raymond Henry Davis age 87 of Galax, Virginia passed away Saturday November 27, 2021 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.

Mr. Davis was born in Ohio on May 19, 1934 to Charlie and Elva Taylor Davis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Larry Davis; grandson Lucas Davis; sisters Mary Hanks and Mae Kane, brothers Charles Davis, Robert Davis and Russell Davis.

He is survived by his wife Euna Davis of Galax, Virginia; daughter and fiance' Regina White and Danny Bond of Fries, Virginia; daughter and son-in-law Sharon and James White of Galax, Virginia; sister Irene Kirby; brothers and sister-in-law Walter and Wanda Davis; Elmer Davis all of Galax, Virginia; three grandchildren Nicholos Davis, Jacob Davis and Casey Davis; one great-grandson Josiah Davis; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Thursday at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Brian Frazier officiating. Burial will follow in the Summerfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
