Randall Gale Tate age 48 of Sophia, North Carolina passed away Sunday, August 23, 2020 in the Randolph Hospice House.

Randall was born in Galax, Virginia on March 5, 1972 to Joe Dale and Vera Sue Isom Tate.

In addition to his mother Sandy Brown of Fries, Virginia, Randall is survived by his wife Gypsy Shields Tate of Sophia, North Carolina; four children Randall Seth Tate of Bristol, Tennessee; Angel Lynn Tate of Kingsport, Tennessee; Tommy Lee Charles Tate and Lea Marie Tate both of Sophia, North Carolina; sisters Jennifer Brown Hayton ; Tonya Brown Waddell both of Fries, Virginia; Ashley Brown Sharp of Galax, Virginia; brother Joseph Dale Tate of Fries, Virginia; five grandchildren; aunt Elsie Billings; cousin Stephanie Moser; uncle Homer Lee Tate and aunt Charlotte Tate; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to assist with the expenses.
